M\TEC has over thirty years experience in designing and specifying hundreds of waterproofing systems for architects and several national hotel corporations as well as the United States Postal Service. Our waterproofing designs are produced by a Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC) with RCI, Inc., the Institute of Building Envelope Professionals and they are specified by a Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) with the Construction Specifications Institute.
We often serve on architectural teams as their waterproofing consultant, both during the design and construction phases of a project and where waterproofing mediation becomes necessary due to age and/or catastrophic events. We typically serve our hotel, condominium, commercial and school clients as the designer of record responsible for assessment, design, drawings, specifications, bidding and complete project management. It is important to note that in each instance M\TEC comes fully insured.
