M\TEC offers a variety of construction inspection programs depending upon the need at hand. We conduct exhaustive forensic investigations in emergencies or legal situations. Our cumulative collection of over one hundred years of construction experience and a cutting edge expertise with today’s latest technology and building science allows us to find plausible and accurate answers, where others might miss the less obvious and tend to speculate.
M\TEC also provides due diligence building envelope inspections for property managers and developers, as well as for potential investors, lenders, and/or insurance companies prior to a sale. Additionally M\TEC performs architectural inspections to identify insitu conditions which must be dealt with during the design of a property restoration, renovation or addition.
M\TEC also conducts building envelope inspections at annual, or other periodically scheduled intervals to verify the integrity and soundness of building façades and roofs. Last but not least, M\TEC conducts warranty inspections for owners and associations prior to warranty expiration dates. These inspections are usually scheduled one year in advance of warranty expirations and are designed to identify anything that should be corrected under warranty coverage before it expires.
