M\TEC has over thilrty years experience in designing, drawing and specifying several thousands of roof assemblies for architects and national hotel corporations, as well as the United States Postal Service. Our roofing designs are produced by a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) with the Roof Consultants Institute and are specified by a Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) with the Construction Specifications Institute.
We often serve on architectural teams as their roof consultant, both during the design and construction phases of a project. Where re-roofing projects become necessary due to age and/or catastrophic events, we typically serve our hotel, condominium, commercial and school clients as the designer of record responsible for assessment, design development, drawings, specifications, bidding and complete project management. It is important to note that in each instance, M\TEC comes fully insured.
