M\TEC performs Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Remediation Project Management (RPM) that begins after the IAQ Consultant report has been published.
RPM services include: writing the project manual; consulting with Licensed Remediation Contractors and/or General Contractors; conducting a pre-bid conference, receiving bids and conducting a pre-remediation conference with the successful bidder; inspecting the work and performing the post-remedial clearance inspections; certifying the work is successfully remediated and finished.
When M\TEC perfomrs an RPM, it is performed by a Certified Interior Environmentalist and a Licensed Texas Mold Assessment Consultant.
