M\TEC performs Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Forensic Investigations within public and residential breathing spaces. Our Environmental experts test for levels of airborne microbial spores, carbon dioxide, radon, pet dander, skin fragments, pollen and insect fragments, as well as other particulate matter and contaminates.
We use investigation strategies as recommended by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH), which focus upon areas of contaminate amplification and pathways as a means of identifying the physical source, building operation or historic event involved.
Our work also addresses any design, construction and/or maintenance defects which may be contributing to indoor air quality problems. This information is published in a professional report which can then be used to assess degrees of responsibilities involved. M\TEC reports also contain remedial recommendations for eliminating any issues identified.
