M\TEC performs Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Remediation Inspections that comply with the Texas Department of State Health Services rules and regulations.
These inspections are conducted by a Certified Interior Environmentalist and a Licensed Texas Mold Assessment Consultant to assure compliance with the remediation protocol and post-remedial clearance requirements to be performed by a Licensed Remediation Contractor.
Each inspection results in a written report with pictorial exhibits. The pictorial exhibits can also be used for additional documentation of insitu conditions.
