M\TEC performs numerous field tests in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards and American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) protocols. M\TEC likewise performs field testing within existing structures to detect the presence of lead and asbestos.

They can either address the entire Exterior Building Envelope, or be restricted to roofs, or to the building façade, or to fenestration, or to waterproofing, etc.
Roofing Designs And Specifications
M\TEC has over 30 years experience in designing, drawing and specifying several thousands of roof assemblies for Architects and national Hotel Corporations as well as the United States Postal Service. Our roofing designs are produced by a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) with the Roof Consultants Institute and they are specified by a Certified Construction Specifier.
